Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The service at check-in left much to be desired, with indifferent staff, but Mr. Ming, the manager, turned things around. The location is great for nature lovers, especially if you enjoy hiking. However, the initial room we were given was quite disappointing, while the new suites were impressive, boasting beautiful views. The dining offer was quite varied, but the food temperature could be improved.
During my short stay at the hotel, I appreciated the spacious and clean room, which provided a quiet retreat surrounded by nature. The staff was noticeably attentive and had a cheerful attitude, which enhanced my experience. However, the restaurant could improve some of its dishes, especially the Indian cuisine, and the hotel is somewhat isolated, making evening meals outside a challenge.
Our stay at the resort had its highs and lows. The location is absolutely stunning and perfect for exploring the surrounding attractions, and we enjoyed the spacious and well-designed family suite. However, the check-in experience was frustrating, and the service at the front desk lacked adequate information about the facilities. The overall dining options were quite limited, which was disappointing.
The hotel offers a peaceful retreat in the Cameron Highlands, surrounded by beautiful nature and plenty of green space. The spacious rooms are comfortable, but some may find them a bit chilly due to gaps in the windows. The breakfast is adequate, but not exceptional, and the dining options could use improvement. While isolated from town, the tranquility is appealing if you appreciate a quiet getaway.
The hotel has some great features like spacious rooms and lovely views, but it's let down by the cold atmosphere and some significant service issues. While breakfast options were tasty at times, the lack of amenities and poor communication makes it hard to recommend the stay.
